Music Artist Management

From artist development and booking to brand deals and career strategy, Answerman manages the business of your music so you can focus on making it.

We Work For Our Artists.
Our Artists Don't Work For Us.

Choosing a management team is one of the most important decisions of your music career. We bring proven experience, industry relationships, and real results — and we answer to you, full stop.

01 / The Industry

You've Already Made It.
Now Make It Further With New Management That Has the Answers for Tomorrow's Questions.

Answerman isn't looking for the next big thing — we're looking for artists who already are the next big thing, and who feel like their current management isn't keeping up. If you're successful, established, and ready for representation that's more progressive and more personal, that's exactly who we exist for.

Too many successful artists are locked into management deals that feel transactional — a percentage taken, not a partner invested. Answerman is a management change worth making: hands-on, strategy-first, and always in your corner. We take the business seriously so you can take the music further.

02 / Services

"If your current management feels distant, impersonal, or like they're collecting a check — you deserve better. That's why Answerman exists."

Progressive Management Strategy

We don't manage by formula. We build strategy around who you are, where your career is right now, and where it needs to go. If your current management has felt stagnant, reactive, or just not personal enough — we are the alternative.

Booking Strategy

Your current manager probably works with some sort of booking agency because they’re either lazy or don’t have the experience to navigate booking opportunities. As licensed Agents, Answerman has hands-on experience in booking the right shows at the right venues at the right time to grow revenue, audience, and reputation. The wrong ones drain time, money, and momentum. While we occasionally work with booking agents, we don’t have to. Outside booking agents take a piece of your revenue which we can keep in house. Any manager can bring on a booking agent. But only a real Management team also knows how to do direct bookings. We approach booking with a strategy behind it — we’re not passive or just a calendar.

Brand Deals & Partnerships

Music artists have brand value. We identify partnership opportunities that fit your image, negotiate on your behalf, and make sure every deal aligns with where your career is going — not just where it is right now.

Deal & Contract Strategy

Label conversations, publishing deals, sync licensing, touring agreements, and long-term financial planning — we bring a full picture to every major decision. You're already successful; we make sure the deals you sign reflect that.

In-House Social Media Marketing

Your following is your platform. Our in-house social media team grows your fanbase and follower count across all emerging tech platforms — building the audience that attracts labels, brands, and sync opportunities. We don't just advise on social strategy; we execute it for you.

Real Estate & Mortgage Lending

As your career generates income, protecting it matters as much as earning it. Answerman offers in-house real estate and mortgage lending services — helping artists build long-term wealth through smart property decisions, from first home purchases to investment portfolios.

03 / Royalty Recovery

MARS

Music Artist Royalty Services

There is an estimated $250M–$2B in uncollected "black-box" royalties that goes unclaimed every year. The companies holding these funds have no incentive to pay them out. The process to collect what you're legally owed is complex, stressful, and mentally demanding — too big for any one person to tackle alone.

MARS exists to level the playing field for artists who have uncollected money they either don't know about or haven't had the resources to pursue. You need a full team of seasoned music professionals to first determine where the money is buried, then have the patience and diligence to navigate the paperwork across multiple organizations and agencies.

Essentially, you need a group of pitbulls to fight for what you're legally entitled to. This is why Answerman advocates and fights on behalf of our clients to rightfully receive everything they've earned. Do not let these agencies hold your money for another day.

Agencies & Organizations That May Owe You

  • BMI, ASCAP & SESAC

    Writer performing rights organizations.

  • SoundExchange

Artist performing rights — including Producers.

  • The MLC

Mechanical royalties for publishers and self-published writers.

  • Record Labels / Master Rights Owners

Unaccounted master royalties for both artists and producers. Many producers don't realize they're owed money from the label that is separate from writer royalties received from other agencies.

  • Harry Fox Agency

    Mechanical royalties for writers.

What MARS Does For You

Even if you're already registered with any of these organizations, you still need to actively maintain your account registrations and stay on top of them. MARS begins with a comprehensive desk audit of your royalty statements, artist and writer agreements, and online accounts to determine whether we believe you're owed royalties.

Our service includes verifying that your metadata — ownership interest, correct name spelling, payment information — is accurate across all agencies. Spelling errors or ownership conflicts can mean you're not collecting what you're owed. We fix that. We make sure the paperwork is filed correctly, the conflicts are resolved, and every dollar that belongs to you finds its way back to you.

We Get You Paid.
